Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For non-clothing items, we require the products to be unopened, unused with any and all seals still intact. 

To start a return, you can contact us directly at info@broteinsupplements.co.uk. Please ensure that within the subject header a 'return' is detailed along with your order number. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that our Customer Service team can resolve this matter. Please note that this is in accordance with, and subject to, our refund criteria and policy. Pease get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you have ordered the incorrect item or wish to exchange your product, you will need to return your original product to us and place a new order. All returned items will be refunded once they have been inspected by our warehouse team. 

Refunds
Your refund should be returned to your account within 10 working days and we will send you an email to let you know when this was approved. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

If more than 15 working days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service team on info@broteinsupplements.co.uk.
